Reuse ASP.NET Web applications

If I've create a simple Visual Basic ASP.NET Web Application and wonder if there's anyway to reuse this appilcation when you've compiled it? What I'd like to do is use the created asp application in a new application, pretty much the same way you can do with activex component. With other words I'd like my ASP.NET application to be accessable from the toolbox and just draw in to the grid like you can do with for example the button. Can you do this or should I use web controls or something!? I've tried to customize the toolbox and add the dll file created when compiling the project, but that doesn't seem to work. Mabey I'm way off line as usuall. I've tried experimenting a little bit with the web control librararies, but they don't seem to use any grid or form and it doesn't really look like the usually VB.NET code to me so I guess I shouldn't use these?!
