High performance timer api under win2k

Hello,

here is a high performance timer in a class module, its works fine, but sometimes gives me some unwanted values, like -1178, under win2k. (on my friends comp the same thing happens under win2k too)..
Please, if you knows how the QueryPerformanceCounter Api works, please check out my code, and tell me whats wrong, or tell me if win2k not supporting this feature as very well!

(I've tested this under win98, and there wasnt problems)
