I have a small number of different examples of licensing text from the many different pieces of software I've purchased over the years.

Does anybody have a template, or agreement which they use that contains "plain ol' english" and not tons of technical legal jargon???

Something the average person can read and possibly understand! (And yes I very seldom read the whole dang thing myself!!! But if someone does... I'd like for them to know what they are reading.)
