Do you mean the PIII number? You can't through Windows. Since it is fairly new, there isn't a standard function in the Win32 API, which means that you need to use ASM code. Unfortunately, that needs to be in a DLL. I'm sure if you speak to Intel they'll give you some help. Megatron's probably pretty useful too. Bear in mind, though, that most people have the serial number feature disabled.
