I posted a similar question to this on already. I want to be able to check the keyboard state from within a VB app to see if the insert key is on (I want text in an rtf box to be insertmode only). I then need to be able to set the mode in it is not in insert mode. Any ideas ? SendKeys is fine to switch the mode to insert (thanks megatron), but I need to ensure that the keyboard cannot at any stage not be in insert mode. Thanks.
