converting Access to MySQL
I am working on a project that was originally in Access and because of some changes I am making I need to get all the data from the access database to the MySQL database. Is there any easy way to do this or does anyone already have any code that would do it?
Any Ideas?

Hi!
I did this about one year ago. As far as I can remember on the website of mysql (www.mysql.com) there were some tools for this job.
Take a look there under the download section. I think they are still there.
Hope this helps

Actualy I found a very simple way to do it.. All I did was use MyODBC so that you can setup a ODBC data source for your a MySQL database and then in Access I just exported and it copied all data and everything.. That worked rather well.. I just have to edit the tables some..
Thanks!
