    XML related question

    HI,

our lecturer was demonstrating XML with CSS and saying how good it is, but it isn't used that often on the net, so i was thinking about re-writing some of my website in xml just to see how many people could view it all properly.

the thing is in XML you can make your tags up that you want to use, so my question is after all of this ranting is how would you be able to display pictures and links using XML or would you have to link it with HTML, so how would you do this if you had to do that ??

    cheers

Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

Use XHTML - which is HTML4 rewritten as an agreed upon XML format.

    Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.
