Thread: got a question about phones and vb some help?

    ok can some one help me on this...how do you get a program to dial a phone and then when the person picks up for the programm to play a message (a *.wav) and the person to hear it!?

    itd appreciate if anyone told me...thx

    Any one?

    I dont care if its a wav file that it plays or is it from a mic as long as it dials and there is a way the guy on the other end can hear me or a file i recorded!
