I'm using one to create a program for my ISP, and for some reason I can't get it to set up the email account.
Is it because it requires multiple INS files, one for the dial up networking connection and one for the email account?

An INS file is an Internet Communication Settings file. And from using edit to look in the file, all it looks like is a place where information is stored. All it is is information for the Internet Connection Wizard Settings.
And to answer your other question, it shouldn't require multiple INS files. Freewwweb.com, free isp I used to use before it started getting busy signals, created an INS file and all the email and dialup networking settings are in that file.

Would you mind emailing that to me?
I need an example INS to create the new one from.
Send it to [email protected].

I sent it. Just use edit to arrange everything to fit your needs. Hope that helps.
