Athlon Wire thickness

i am doing this lab on specific heat capacities, and i am going to use computers as an example why they are so important, what was the wire thickness athlon chips? and what was the number of transistors in a geforce and an athlon XP?

Athlon XP has like 37.5M or somit...and is produced on an 0.18u process

GeForce3 has 57 million transistors and is manufactured on a 0.15u process.

Soon Athlon XP will be on a 0.13u process.

Is that what you mean by wire thickness?
