Vb3 is a 16-bit compiler and vb4 is a 32-bit compiler. Is it possible to use DirectX with vb4? If so tell me a good tutorial to learn how to manipulate my compiler. If not then tell me how I can manipulate VB to give me high res and create graphics protocols. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Good Ol' Platypus
Unfortunately, there is no way to use DirectX with versions of VB smaller than 5. Sorry.
