Thread: Autonumber Questiom...

    I was wondering if its possible to reset the autonumber in Access. the autonumber is getting really high because of testing purposes, I want to set it back to 1.

    Any ideas?

    It is possible (but I don't know how to do it, short of creating a new database and importing only the structures in). For testing purposes I usually start with a fresh DB (made from a copy) to avoid the problem you've encountered.
