Help. We need a solution. Maybe you can make it for us. We want a dailer. There are a few requirements:

* It must be one file
* It must dail one phonenumber and authorise with 1 fixed login and password. This Telephonenumber and password must be in de code.
* It may not need any runtime files like witch are not standart shipped with windows
* it may not be bigger then 250 Kb.
* After downloading it must copy it self to the system 32 directory, and must get a entry in the registry at "run"
