I have written a program to parse through an 'inbox' and extract certain subject heading emails. The program also creates emails and places them directly into the 'outbox', ready for when the user goes on line and wishes to send the email.

I am using MAPI controls which works great with Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000. When trying to run the program on a machine with Outlook Express, I am asked for MailBox Profile (Exchange Stuff!) - Which most users will not be able to, wish to or need to configure. What can I do to read the inbox of other email programs?
