can someone help code something?

hello,

i know absolutely nothing about visual basic. i was hoping someone could show me where to get a running program to automatically send email, i dont want the code...i wouldnt know what to do with it.

i want to do this:

i have a program called letterbox and it checks my pop mail every minute and it can run a external program automatically. i want letter box to run a program that will automatically send an email to my cellphone saying "you have mail". i know this is easy i just dont know how to do it. so basically as soon as somehing is opened, or ran.....it will automaticaly send a email to a preset email address, i only need it to send to 1 address....this is obviously not for malicious purposes.

can someone either code it or show me where to get a program like this?
