    Question Speed changing...

    Have any of you witnessed any of those programs that can change the speed at which windows operates? They actually make the windows clock faster, basically the entire operating system is sped up (or slow'd down). I was just wondering if anyone knew the API calls used to do this?

    Are they changing the CPU clock speed somehow?
