    Hello!

    I wonder what language is best, and mostly user to make .exe installation Arcives in?

    People normally use a specific tool such as InstallShield, Wise, Installer VISE!, or Inno Setup (not to mention the lovely Nullsoft [makers of Winamp] SuperPiMP installer system).

    These tools are usually written in C++ (Inno Setup is in Delphi).

    Alternatively, you can create a simple self-extracting ZIP file by using WinZip or WinRAR.
