What is the PDW Problem!!!!!!! HELP

Anybody !!!!! Expert!!!!!!!!!

How come when i package my application product on my PC only works for my PC but not the others?

Problem encountered :
1. The setup cannot be installed as some of the files of your system are out of date. To update the files click ok to restart the computer.

Note : after auto-restart, nothing seems to happen. and i
retry the setup.exe again, the same problems occurs.


2. An error occurred while registering the file :
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msado21.tlb

Note : this problem occurs when i package it in win ME and
apply it in win ME itself.

I would leave PDW well alone. I use Inno Setup and it works really well, have had no problems with it at all.
