    My friend encounters this problem after compiling a program that she created in VB 6.0:

    Upon running setup.exe, This message appears even though all open applications has been closed:
    "msvcrt.dll file in use".

    Hmm, that's odd... the file msvcrt.dll is a runtime library for Visual C so I don't get why it should be needed in with a visual basic program...
