    XML & SOAP Puzzle

    I am working on a final project for my program, I want to write about a topic that has confused me since I heard about it. XML. However, I have gotten lost in all the acronyms and opinions. I am hoping to write a paper that will uncover the relationship between XML & SOAP (history, what each does, how they relate, significance in development strategies, etc) but I also want to show why .net is boasting this new technology and why it is getting such hype.

    Any help would be appreciated (directions to web sites, input from members, etc)

    Also, if anyone would like to read my paper leave a contact name and I will be sure to send drafts out to interested readers.
