Hi there,
is there a way I can run SQL SERVER on a Network without
domains ( here I mean a workgroup). I've been trying so
for a long time now and I always have the same error:
SQL SERVER can't start the service because it depends
on the NET LOGON service that didn't start !
I think it's normal that NETLOGON doesn't start because
I'm using workgroup and there is less need of security in a
workgroup...
What I want to know is if there is a configuration that
can be changed for this or is anyone knows a rockaround ?
Thanks in advance...

Guru
just set the NET LOGON service to automatically start. It doesn't matter if you are in a workgroup or a domain, just let the service run
