    umm i want a frame and then i want to add stuff to it and then instead of it going out of teh frame can i maek it scroll down in the frame so i can have alot of differnt opention in the frame
    WHat would we do with out Microsoft.

    you can make two frames, the frame you want to add astuff in in one of the frames, the scroollbar be in the same frame....then when the scrollbar scrolls, chg the pos of the frame thhat contains the options
