    Difficult situation

    Guys & Gals,

    Difficult situation in IT industry.........

If i resign, i don't know if i can crack through the openings (if exists).

If i don't, i am made to sit idle untill project comes......or assigned some primary level tasks that i hate.

    Gimme a moral boost........

Use the idle time to see if you can beat the world record for minesweeper. Or spanking the monkey.
Indecisiveness is the key to flexibility.

Suggest you use your boss's time and hardware to write killer application and sell it privately. Also run own dot-com business on company server.

Times are hard. Hang in there brother.
