I am working on Korean Window2000pro and must send Korean character to a Chinese Window2000pro PC.
I heard VB stores any string in UNICODE and Window2000 fully supports UNICODE. But I can only see ???? on a Chinese PC.
I am making chatting program with Winsock control and this program should be able to send Korean letter for chatter's name to Chinese Chatter's PC and vice verse.
How can I do this?
