    Where do the sounds that people program the midi programs come from? Like the guitar noise. (clean, distortion) And how do they make the drum sounds, and how can I program this into a VB Program

    Im not sure what program is used. But if you look in the back of some keyboards, you will see a plug labeled MIDI. You can make music with any instrument with a keyboard. Or you can buy a digital drum set, they see how hard you hit it and everything to determine the sound, they are like those little practice pads that drummers use, but connected to a computer. Sorry I don't know the software
