    XP home vs XP pro

What are the main differences between the two versions?

So far I've noticed that on Home you can't use the Adminstrator account except in Safe Mode

The only reason we have it is because that's what my dad's new laptop came with.

    Get Corp and be happy

Anyhoo, yeah, I think Pro support SMP. and it has IIS built in. there are other features but they are for business.

Which business ones are those? I tend to use the business features of 2000 at home anyway.

You can have an admin account in home edition regular mode. I have one account on mine, it logs in automatically as admin. Get corparate edition. I will not post where but a big hint may be in this word jumble. Good luck!

    Post no celeron for xp

Celeron appeared slow on XP. So if you have Celeron, and around 600Mhz or 800Mhz, run Win2k Pro, btw, XP Sucks!

well celerons suck in general. The only good celeron is a celeron broken up by a hammer into millions of pieces then burnt, spat on and thrown away.

that should join the celeron. However the athalon should ascend to chip royalty with the P4 as a duke or something like that. Good but not great
