I am having a problem with VB & Crystal Reports - sometimes when a user wants to print a report it comes up with an Error Message - Automation Error and two long numbers. This does not happen everytime the user wants to print a report but it is frequent enough to be a real problem. The program crashes out completely. What I would like to know is what do the error messages mean and what do I need to do to fix the program. I thought that the report may be corrupt so I made a new one but still the error messages continued. Is there any way I can trap these errors to give me an error message that actually means something.

I look forward to hearing from anyway that can help me.

If you take a look at the Crystal control's LastErrorString and LastErrorNumber properties immediately after the error has occured it may help.
