Can't use comct332.ocx?

I have a question about the comct332.ocx control.
I know this control has the Coolbar which I would like to
use. However, I seem to be unable to register this OCX
properly, since I keep getting the message:

"License information not found, you don't have an appropriate licence"

I only have the standard edition of VB6 but I read somewhere
that this control can be used by all editions?

I have tried registering the OCX with regocx32 but it doesn't work.

Could someone tell me how I can get this control to work?
I have a cabinet file with the comtct332.ocx and the comct332.ini file. Shouldn't I do something with the INI file?

Is the INI file in the same directory? Also, try registering it with Regsvr32.exe.

If all fails, you can always re-install VB.

I re-installed VB and hoped the control would work but it didn't. Perhaps comct332.ocx isn't for all editions after all...
