Can I make a background image in BitBlt other than tiles?

What do you mean? Bitblt is for copying parts of device contexts, you can blt whatever image you want, if youve got it the dc conected to it!
Use

To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.
