    Question Crystal Report Limit??

I have a vb project with about 38 crystal reports and it won't let me add anymore, however it will let me add datareports. I thought this was weird so i add the same reports to another project and it did the exact same thing. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a limit on the number of crystal reports one can pull in and if there is a limit is there a way around it?
    Thanks in advance

I've never heard of any limit. I have one project that has 51 crystal reports with it, and another project that has 54, and 3 of the 54 I just recently added. What happens when you try and add another report to your project?

well, i make the reports in crystal reports and then in vb i right click on designers and go to add more active x and then i choose crystal reports then i get the crystal report box that asks if its a new report or from and existing report etc. so i choose existing report and then it just keeps popping that screen up back and forth and never lets me go beyond it. its really weird. i tried to just make the crystal report in vb instead of importing it like i have been and that still doesn't work. I am using crystal reports 8.5 does this matter?
    thanks

I have no experience with 8.5 but here is what I do (and what I've always done)

I go into Crystal Report Designer, bind the report to a Db table, design the report, and add the table fields that I need. Thats it. I've never had a problem with this.
