Sheridan 3D controls

I tried everything - reinstall VB, reinstall SP3, even do Quick Restore of my computer - and I'm still not able to use Sheridan 3D Controls (Licence information not found kind of thing)
Does anyone know how to fix it????

Marty and I went through this a couple of weeks ago, on my machine, and neither of us can remember, exactly.
