Hello
I am a novice when it comes to VB as i have only been learning it for a few months.
My job reqires me to create reports from an Access97 data base in VB. The reports are already designed in Access97 and as there are over 40 reports i was wondering if i could import them into VB. I have tried copy and paste but with no success. please can some one help me.
Thanks
Helen

I do not believe there is a way to "export" Access reports to VB. Thru OLE/VBA, you could connect to the Access database and print the Access report from your VB program, using the VBA Access commands to print the report.
Other than that, I believe your only option is to redesign the reports using Crystal Reports, the Data Report Designer, or a 3rd party report designer.

OK... with Crystal Reports, how do you distribute the reports to a user that does not have Crystal Reports on their system? Is that possible? Or does it cost extra, like everything else from Seagate!
