ATL example needed

Can someone please post a sample of a Visual C++ ATL Wizard project that creates a simple ActiveX object that I can call from my VB app? Like maybe a method that calls a MessageBox and another one that returns a value?

I would like to learn about using the ATL wizard to create ActiveX controls and objects..
