2 problems- pic box stretch & save as jpg
I have a couple of problems that are left in my program!
1.) I need to stretch a pic box inside another pic box - I am currently using the drag & drop methods of vb but the problem is the event of dropping is only noticed over that box & not externally! Is there any way to let the user sleect the edge of the pic & stretch it outwards?
2.) I need to save the image as a jpg not a bmp as VB so loves to do. Sure it's pretty easy but everything I try bombs out.
3.)I want to save /manipulate the jpg in such a way that when the end user who receives just the jpg opens the file their machine opens ms paint or something & displays it automatically prefferably in full screen mode.
Thanks a bunch, hope u can help

Good Ol' Platypus
Look at http://www.vbaccelerator.com/. They have a control there that can save JPGs.
And, you could just do that in your own program couldn't you (#3)? Then you could have a "launch default viewer" command that ShellExecutes the .JPG or whatever it is you're working with.
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
(Just a heads-up)
