Need someone to write me a prog (willing to pay)

This is for Visual Basic 6. I need a program that can open a file. Then the user can type in the last name or partial last name and it will search for all people who have that last name and put them in a list box. then if you click someones name in the list box it will display all that persons information in designated text boxes.
