Dear Sir/ Madam

How can I scan a picture through by VB Application. The application should work as an independent application. Which can be used to scan a picture and can be saved in gif format.

VB 6.0 comes with Kodak ImgEdit & ImgAdmin controls. They control scanning and accessing other twain-compliant peripeherals.

There is sample code on scanning (part of DB example)
