Zelda-ish game, or editor?

I'm debating on designing a new game using zelda-ish graphics / control, or just making a level editor for the NES rom... I think the level editor has been done... but I dunno I like the music from zelda. It'd be cool to do a project with a zelda theme to it, anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

yeah... but writing a game or something, will give me a chance to listen to it... I can't listen to nintendo game audio for very long without doing something related to it... I've played the game for too long, I figured I'd try to come up with another solution.
