hi

im not sure if this is where i should post this, but i think it may involve some api doings...

is there any way to change windows default system colors and other settings that the windows appearance setting doesnt allow users to?

eg: highlight/shadow and others. can it be done through the api?
the settings shouldnt just be program-specific, rather, it should affect the usual windows objects (startbar/taskbar etc)

if this doesnt use the api then how may i do it?
