setup installation error

during seting up the packaged program, an error is coming.

error message: c:\windows\temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLL self register.ex) could not be registered because it was not found.

please reply, it is very urgent...........

Are you using a DLL in your package?
If so, you may need to add it to the setup package when you make it.

hai guys,

I am in a serious problem. I packaged vb program using packaging and deploytool in visual software tools. i did packaging successfully. but when i start to install the setup it shows an error
message.

error message: c:\windows\temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLL self register.ex) could not be registered because it was not found.

and then it start uninstalling it.

i included certain activex controls like datagrid,calender.

after packaging there shows a report that in order to install the package successfully you have to install DCOM98. After installing the dcom98 still it shows the above error message. i don't know how to tackle this problem.

before i installing the setup i have cleared all files in temp folder.

please give me the solution,
