Thread: deploying activex dll

    Unhappy

    I've made some new activex dll application in nt environment. Everything works fine stand alone, but when it's time to deploy it......what a nightmare !


    here is my deployment sequence across our enterprise network.


    1 compile the dll
    2 P&DW to the server
    3 manually unregistrating and registrating the dll (on the server)

    What am i missing in the sequence ?

    why cant you just install it on the server?

    surely the P&DW does that for you?
