Implement WhatThisHelp?

When I click on the question mark ? on my form, then point to a control, I always get the message:

"HTML Help Author Message"
Cannot open the file "C:\temp\Test.chm

Once I close this message, I get the pop up message "No help topic is associated with this item."

The file Test.chm exist for sure. What is the problem?

By the way, I am using RoboHelp.

Are you sure that robohelp is compiling the file to .chm. Cause Robohelp does not necassary compile it. Also make sure that you associate it to the help. I will try to remember.
