Smilie Anomaly
Does the smilie replacer (?) work backwards or something? Because ")" produces " )" rather than what I thought it would be e.g. " )"

Good Ol' Platypus
I have the same problem in my ASP forums. This is because usually a filter goes through and replaces ": )" with <IMG SRC="http://www.vbforums.com/images/icons/icon7.gif" ALT="Smile">, and THEN replaces ": rolleyes:" with <IMG SRC="http://www.vbforums.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif" ALT="roll eyes (sarcastic)">. So therefore it turns out )

So, it prob searches for the smile smiley first and replaces that with an icon, the sad second and the rolleyes is way down the list.
Darn beaten to it!
