    VB6 The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable (Error 462)

    Hello

    I have VB6 application for print to excel template (xlt, xltx ). The application throw me error: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable (Error 462) on one computer, but works on few other computers.

    I have reinstalled MS ofice, install 2016 and it not fix problem.

    Any suggestions ??

    Have you checked to see if you can reach the remote server from the affected computer? It may be a network or account credentials issue.
