    Cool Resizing controls on the fly

    I need to resize two controls simultaneously like you do in vb when pulling out the project explorer window? Can this be done w/out MDI? Is there a component? Actually all I would need is some object to change the cursor to the vertical-resize cursor and then I could manipulate the height of the two controls programmatically, but I figured there might be a way to do this already. Anyone? Thanks
