changing the background color of the cosole window?
Is this possible? I would think that it would be, but have never seet it done. I am not talking about SetConsoleTextAttribute() to set the background of text, but i am talking about the whole console black background.
could you use FillConsoleOutputAttribute()?

Perhaps you can use The function (dunno the name) to get the number of cells wide and tall the console is, and use a for loop to print out a solid block of color. Then just go back and set the cursor to 0,0, and the background color of the text to color.

That will defeat the purpose of creating a console app.
One way to go about it is to set the backcolor, then use system("cls"); to clear the screen, and whole screen's backcolor will be set to that colour.
