I just finished an incredible program, but I need to make sure it works on other computers. It's a phat program that will manage your internet tasks.
I share the net with my parents, who are always online, so my time is limited. When I do get on, I go to the same sites usually. Slashdot, here, NY Times, Hacker News, et cetera. This program opens each one in a new explorer window at the same time. You can edit what links appear on the list, and change almost everything about the program. I use it all the time.
If you are interested, email me at [email protected] and I will send you my program. I'd prefer to just send the .exe, so it'll only work if you already have the VB 6 runtime files. Thanks in advance,
bob

So Unbanned
I have my own computer and spend about 5-8 hours a day on-line. Heh, no use for this program but sounds ok.

All you'd need to do that is:
Shell "c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe http://www.vb-world.net"
So I don't know why it's such an "incredible program" as you say.

It is often self-pride in ones own learning experience, not everyone will know "you only need to..." which is the beauty of it, for example, in the past I've seen so many HTML color choosers, even tho I know "you only need to do..." but some people were actually paying 20$ for something like that (though I did simeple things like that for free, and per request even) so instead of knocking someone over about their excited creation, I think it's best we comment on the good progress so far, or least offer some sugestion for new projects.

Well said.
I'm a 13 year old programmer, and I'm pretty new to VB.
I've finished an HTML colour code generator too. But mine's a little more advanced - preset colours, skinned etc.
