Well, you need to pay for a vB licence so I wouldn't expect so.

You could download the Lite version of vB. I tried to get it running on my server, but it wouldn't talk to the mysql db for some reason, so I gave up.

They don't support MySQL. It will work at www.f2s.com, and www.uklinux.net (They only offer free hosting to people in the UK who can dial up to the uklinux ISP)...
