The geniuses where I work had me use an Access2000 database with my App when the users have 97 installed. Thus far it's worked okay, but the macros won't work on their machines. Any suggestions???

Will it be possible to upgrade their Jet Engine without needing to install the whole Access 2000??

Good Morning, Thanks for your input.
It's possible but very unlikely that they will upgrade to 2000. I received an active-x error stating that it could not create the object. Would Access 2000 runtime be an option?

Try to use DAO 3.6 or DAO 4.0 in your application to access MS Access 2000
