I am upgrading to VB6 Pro Ed soon, and am looking forward to being able to use the MSCOMM control. Until now I have been content with controlling my old dot-matrix printer. But I have seen other devices like Geiger Counters (for school projects), GPS systems, and Geophysics equipment that can all be controlled via the Serial port. Does anyone know of a list or index of such things and where to get them.

Or if any of you have used the MSCOMM to control your own devices i would be interested in what you did.
