    Unhappy [Desperately] need host for my web page(s)!!!

    Please, tell me of a good host where I can put my 2 web pages and a pic of me I'm gonna post in my signature

    (The one where I had them - except for the pic - closed down yesterday )

    Do you know what they support (CGI, PHP, ASP....etc...etc)?
    I can't seem to find any info on this?

    very unobtrusive ad banner but if you get a 404 it's a living hell with those popups

    They MIGHT do a cgi-bin, but no way do they do PHP, ASP, JSP, etc. You'd probably have to pay (but not TOO much) for an ad-free host that does that.

    http://www.readyhosting.com has an AWESOME deal for $100 a year (like $8.50 a month). They give you practically everything but MS SQL (less than $5 a month extra) but MS Access comes for free too.

    Liquid2k doesn't seem to work... weird... the only thing it loads is the ads
    Hey, it works now - had to remove the frames manually ("See HTML" -> copy & paste URL )

    I'm not looking for something that I have to pay for, no matter how much - my parents wouldn't let me

    Anyway, thanks for the help

    (I promise my web page will be up soon... but you'll have to wait until I return from that boyscouts' encampment - about 8 days from now)

    A friend of mine made a mirror of my site while I was away (the past 8 days), it works now, but I'm probably gonna put the other site in the same host too - it seems fast enough for me

    As I said I'm not really interested in paying to have a web site, if I have problems with this server I'm probably gonna use Brinkster. But thanks anyway!
